By accessing or using this Site and any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase services without parental consent. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

PHI provides access to fitness training, recovery services, wellness services, nutritional guidance, technology-based scheduling, and educational resources including but not limited to:

  • Strength & conditioning training

  • Group fitness and yoga

  • Sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy

  • Metabolic testing & nutrition coaching

  • Massage therapy, IV hydration, facials, waxing, and aesthetic services (via wellness partners)

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Medical Disclaimer

PHI is not a medical provider. All services are for fitness, wellness, and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

Always consult your physician before beginning any fitness, nutrition, recovery, or wellness program. You assume full responsibility for your participation.

4. Assumption of Risk

By using this Site and participating in any PHI services, you acknowledge that physical activity, wellness treatments, and recovery therapies carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown.

5. Membership, Billing & Payments

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Memberships may be billed recurring monthly.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or account termination.

  • Pricing, promotions, and membership terms may change at any time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must follow PHI’s official cancellation policy. Unless otherwise required by law, no refunds are issued for unused services, missed appointments, or partial billing periods.

7. Scheduling & App Usage

Scheduling for services occurs via The PHI App, www.phistrength.com, or partner platforms. You are responsible for ensuring accurate booking, timely arrival, and adherence to cancellation windows.

8. Partner Services Disclaimer

Some services (including IV hydration, massage, facials, waxing, and eye enhancements) are provided through third-party wellness providers such as Revital Wellness Studio. PHI is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or outcomes of partner providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, branding, text, images, videos, software, and designs—is the exclusive property of PHI and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written consent.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our website or services

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

11. User Accounts
